Planning your year is a tool that should be used to make your year simpler, more profitable and more flexible. It's not about painting yourself into a corner.
If your previous attempts at planning your business and your life have left you overwhelmed or stressed, it is time to take a different approach. Since 2014, I've used a four step process to plan my year. It has worked so well that I've been able to grow my business while enjoying my life, and even taking 18 weeks off when my fourth baby was born. Yes, it's that flexible!
In PLAN4, we begin by looking back on what's working, and what's not working. We work together to help you define your goals. Then we look at the options for you have to achieve those goals. The final step is to strategically plan the way you can bake your goals into your daily work. Spoiler Alert: It's easier than you think!
Of course, being a busy mum of four I know we can't hide away in a 5-star hotel for the weekend to flesh this all out, so we work through it bit by bit over four weeks starting January 13. Although, if you want an excuse weekend getaway - go for it!
