This June we celebrated my little girl's third birthday, and as a good scrapbooker would, I looked into my stash to get some inspiration. I wanted a a bright June party, since it's winter here in Australia. I also needed the ideas to be pretty simple as I have a toddler and newborn in the house.
My Inspiration
I started with digital kit from Dani Mogstad - I thought it was a fun colour palette.
I created the invitations digitally using a pre-made quick page and embellished it with the matching free Happy Go Lucky kit.
Of course, I can easily include this invitation in her scrapbook along with the party photos and call it scrapped!
That's what I did here:
A Customised Quick Page
So here's how I created it.

Thanks for the tutorial! I LOVE the digi kit you used, but the link takes it to a screen saying it’s under maintenance… I’ve checked a couple of times. Is the site gone forever, or will it be back (if you know :)?

I think that kit is retired now, but you can check out Dani’s other designs here http://www.snapclicksupply.com/design-by-dani/
