It's that time of year again...PRIME DAY! This two-day shopping extravaganza has us singing about our favourite things like Julie Andrews on a rainy day. So Monica and I thought we'd take the time to share a few of our favourite things with you!

6x8 Scrapbook Albums
I love using this size album for my December Daily projects. It's the perfect size for capturing each day. I have used several different albums over the years but I keep coming back to SNAP albums, or Project Life Albums. These are a few of my favorites!
- Black and White Striped SNAP Album
- Simple Stories Teal Album
- Green and White Project Life Album
- 6x8 Page Protectors
12x12 Patterned Paper
I'm a pretty strong hybrid girl. I like to paper scrap, but I use Photoshop Elements regularly to create photo collages or to edit pics for my layouts. I don't use solid colored cardstock very often. I typically use tone on tone patterned paper as my background. Think of me as strongly in the B-side camp. Here are a few patterned paper pads that are catching my eye right now!
- American Crafts Pebbles Paper Pad
- DCWV Card Stock Watercolor Ombre
- Miss Kate Cuttables Blue Patterns
- Miss Kate Cuttables Summer Love
Washi, and Stickers, and More...Oh my!
I may have a slight obsession with washi tape. You may have noticed earlier a Christmas tree made of the stuff. 🙂 I'm particularly loving thin washi tape in solid colors. And if you're going to buy some washi tape, why not buy 40 rolls in a rainbow of colors? You just might want to keep yours a bit more organized than I keep mine.
I'm also a pretty big fan of letter stickers. A combination of a larger alpha with a smaller one can make some pretty fun titles!
- American Crafts Heidi Swapp Magnolia Jane Cardstock Sticker Sheets
- American Crafts Thickers Foam Letter Stickers Rockabye Font
- Pink Paislee Indigo Thickers
- SN@P Cardstock Stickers
- SN@P Bolds Cardstock Stickers
- SN@P Lights Cardstock Stickers
I don't do a ton of paper scrapping any more. I mostly do Project Life with the app on my phone. So I don't need a huge amount of space to store my supplies. A 3 tiered cart like this one is the perfect way to keep my paper scrapping supplies organized and easily accessible. I can even toss it in my car when I head off for a scrapbooking weekend with my friends.
When it comes to printing I have an Epson Artisan 725. So I'm a big fan of the Epson 4x6 photo paper and the Epson 8.5x11 photo paper. That allows me to print pretty much any photo I need when I'm paper scrapping! I pretty much never use a photo bigger than 8.5x11.

D-Ring Albums
If you are going to keep your baby's going-home-from hospital outfit, or your tiara from your wedding day, you need 12x12 D-ring albums! Oh and they pages too!
I like the feel of the linen ones and fun patterns. They don't have a metal label space, they also won't scratch your table! I just label mine with a label maker and stick it on for now!
Photo Paper
If you are printing photos at home, you need great paper! I use Epson Premium Photo Paper GLOSSY (8.5x11 Inches, 50 Sheets) and love it! The prints I did years ago on this paper are still holding up.
Page Protectors
Snap up these Project Life 12x12 Page protectors and you won't go back! They are crystal clear and I always buy them for my albums.
Printer
I have owned the A4 and A3 version of these Epson Workforce printers. I love the auto document scanner that makes it so easy to scan reams of artwork (or anything really!) They use pigment ink, so be sure to use them once or twice a week, for the best use of ink.
Computer
I'm so excited to share that after 6 years... I've got a new laptop! I'm loving my Surface with 16Gb of RAM. It can run Photoshop Elements and everything I need and is so lovely and light. I love that it has a pen and touch screen as well as the traditional trackpad, so I can easily retouch photos and add hand lettering to my pages!
Adobe Photoshop Elements
I couldn't leave Photoshop Elements off this list! It's my go-to program for photo editing, organizing and scrapbooking.
