Today I’m sharing a page from my album, which is featured in my new class at Big Picture Classes.
Layout: Fairy
How I did it
Since I didn't have a photo for this page, my first step was to write out all my journaling. I created this page using the journaling as if it was a photo. I matted it and embellished around the edges of the journalling block.

Journaling
In June 2006, I was asked to help out with Pumpkin Patch (children's boutique clothing). Tarnya asked me to help out the city story with some promotions. The job was to dress up as a fairy and give out balloons and swag bags to customers. I wore a costume they provided, plus curled my hair and covered myself in glitter hairspray. It was quiet in the morning, so the face painter gave my face a few embellishments. The children loved it! Many asked if I was a real fairy and how old I was. My answer 300 years old. My hands were sore from tying balloons at the end of that day! While still covered in glitter and face paint, I ran into an old work colleague from UWA taking the train back from town. He was quite chatty and I mentioned where I was working. On Monday flowers turned up to my work... and I was a little worried they were from him! But they turned out to be from Phill.
