Today I’m sharing a page from my family's album all about our Easter.
Layout: Easter Sunday
How I did it
I started with a Get It Scrapped Template.
- Select photos to fit the photo spots.
- Clip paper to the paper spots.
- Add journalling boxes with the type tool.
- Journal below the photos.
- Embellishment with banner, buttons, doilies and butterflies.
This page looks busy with a lot of photos and text, but it was fairly simple to create.
Journaling
Easter Sunday started with breakfast and some eggs from the Okely cousins. Then we headed out to the Egg Hunt at Church. The children found popsticks or matchsticks in the hay and redeemed them for eggs. This was Edward's first time being big enough to join in at nearly two. He needed some help from Daddy but soon got the idea.
Emily loved the hunt as usual and they were both eager to eat the eggs.
When we got home we had our little egg hunt in the backyard.
Then we headed down the Foss St for lunch and... some more eggs!
