As a mum, I love to have gorgeous photos our our little ones around the house and in my scrapbook pages. But, as I'm sure you'd realise, it starts getting expensive if you get professional portraits taken every six months! I have managed to snap a few photos I'm proud of, but that's more due to luck than skill!
If you are like me, you will be thrilled to learn about a new class coming to Big Picture Scrapbooking: Candid Kid Captures: Photographing Children from Babies to Teens
If you've ever struggled to capture that perfect picture of a child—one that's actually in focus, with smiling faces and sparkling eyes—then you are ready for Candid Kid Captures! Through a series of instructional videos (with detailed photography set-ups) and colorful instructional handouts, this class is packed with every tip, trick and secret you can imagine on getting the very best photos of kids at any age. No more "say cheese" photos. Instead, imagine admiring a photo YOU took—one that showcases genuine smiles, tells captivating stories, and conveys innocence and joy all from one simple camera click.
After completing this class, you will have books and folders overflowing with information on the very best techniques for capturing children in every stage. You'll be able to take amazing candid and posed pictures of your own children, grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends. No more cheesy school pictures and lame soccer poses! Every picture you take will showcase your child's unique personality and tell beautiful stories of his life. Elisha's goal for you is to have a home filled to the brim with captivating photos of little ones—each one specially designed and developed by YOU to bring smiles and joy for generations to come.

Oh this class looks fabulous and just what I need! I have several challenges, including my house being so dark it’s hard to get great photos of my girls.
This would be an awesome class with 6 kids I would love to capture them in photos much better but with that price I will have to win a seat. Thanks for the chance! God bless~
Is there a trick to getting 4 year olds to actually look at the camera long enough for me to take the picture? Besides that challenge, I also need lighting advise. My inside pictures come out very yellow due to our lighting sources. Thanks for the chance to win a seat.
1. How to get my kids to look at the camera. Now the game they play is that I am a monster and hide as soon as they see me.
2. Get the camera ready and my fibger on the shutter. Then say something silly or look over the camera and make a sille face. Shoot as soon as they laugh
Wow, to be able to get great photographs of my 4 grands…for sure a dream!
Thanks for the chance to win – would be awesome to get some great pictures of the grandkids.
Would love to win this
When there is more than one child in a photo, capturing all of them at their best… this is hard for me.
I’ve been wanting to take a photography class over at BPC! Thanks for the chance! Keeping my fingers crossed!
Indoor pictures of my kids are the hardest…if you use the flash they look terrible, and if you don’t use the flash they are blurry and yellow. and how do you get a 4 year old to sit still long enough for a picture??? Thanks for the chance to win!!!
