Opening the presents! It's what little ones are most excited about on Christmas morning. I freely admit it, I'm that Mum who takes a photo in front of the pretty tree on Christmas morning before we open the present. We are even dressed! I truly appreciate our family's patience. The little ones open presents from Father Christmas/Santa in their stockings first thing in the morning, so that helps, I guess.

This year we had plenty of time to open our gifts before heading to the Okely’s for lunch. Phill even cooked up a hot breakfast for us to eat before we left.
