Today was a crazy day! I took my four children and my parents to the Optus Stadium on a scorching hot day!
Lucy was selected to be part of the lunchtime entertainment, and even though it was hot, she still got to run onto the field and go through some of the Cricket Blast training exercises in front of a small but passionate crowd in the Australia vs New Zealand Test Match.
Journalling
Lucy was invited to be part of the lunch break entertainment at the Perth Test Match. On a scorching day (41 degrees in the shade!) we all headed into the Stadium on the train. Mum and Dad helped look after the other three children while Lucy and I sat with her coaches. Then it was time to get ready to go on the ground. The Junior Blasters Coordinator and her friends from cricket made it lots of fun. She loved the experience and we all loved watching her. We all did so well, considering the heat. The test kept us all interested but we had to leave at the tea break so missed Steve Smith’s amazing catch. What an adventure.
Create the Look
Today I used the promotional photo that Cricket Australia sent to the participants. They were so quick to send the photos through! It's a scrapbookers dream!
I edited the number card to remove the border, so it would fit in the space.
