Today I’m sharing a Christmas layout from my album. I usually make several pages for Christmas day as we usually have two or three events that day. Having local family makes for a fun, but busy day.

Layout: Christmas Dinner

How I did it

1. Select my photos
2. Choose a background papers from Traci Reed Pocket Life Holiday Edition; Warm Wishes by Flergs, Digilicious, Zoe Pearn
3. Mask some paper to layer behind
4. Add an inside stroke to the photo to create a border
5. Journal with the type tool and my handwriting font
6. Create a title with alphas
7. Embellish the title with a bow
8. Add a scatter, peg and a piece of flair for interest
9. Add some shadows

Journaling

This year we invited the Shanhuns up for dinner. After opening all the presents with Emily, Edward and Lucy, we had dinner together. We had a light meal with leftover ham, salads and some dessert. Everyone was tired from the long day so we had a quiet evening.
