Today I’m sharing a Christmas layout from my album. I usually make several pages for Christmas day as we usually have two or three events that day. Having local family makes for a fun, but busy day.

Layout: Exchanging Gifts

How I did it

1. Select my photos
2. Choose a background papers
3. Mask some paper to layer behind the photos
4. Add an inside stroke to the photo to create a border
5. Journal with the type tool and my handwriting font
6. Create a title with alphas
7. Add doilies
8. Create a cluster on the far left doily
9. Add some shadows

Journaling

Once we had breakfast and got changed we attempted to get a family photo and then opened our presents.

Emily and Edward loved their little dolls and Lucy knew exactly what to do with her Sophie teething giraffe.

Emily, Edward and Lucy jointly received the sandpit/ball pit. They all loved it! We had one when we first moved in but it was soon destroyed by the sun.
