Today I’m sharing a Christmas layout from my album. I usually make several pages for Christmas day as we usually have two or three events that day. Having local family makes for a fun, but busy day.

Layout: Christmas Morning

How I did it

1. Select my photos
2. Choose a background papers
3. Mask some paper to fill in the gaps near the photos
4. Add an inside stroke to the photo to create a border
5. Journal with the type tool and my handwriting font
6. Create a title with alphas
7. Add a premade cluster to embellish the journalling box.
8. Add some shadows

Journaling

Everyone was up just before 6am on Christmas morning. Emily was excited to open her presents and bring Lucy hers. Edward hadn’t even opened up his presents when he came in!

As is our tradition we all have boxed cereals (with a few extra Froot Loops) before exchanging gifts. Edward was pretty excited to see Lucy opening presents that he could hardly keep from doing it all for her.

The ball pit was the instant favourite!
