Recently a local Australian Photo book printer, MyStory announced they are closing down. According to their website, MyStory will be printing its last books at the end of this year . The company was founded in 2013 after Creative Memories closed down, and it has been providing printed storybooks to its customers for over 10 years.
MyStory Designer software needs a major update to continue, and the company has looked at various options but none of them were viable. So the owners have made the difficult decision to shut down the company. However, there is some good news: until the end of this year, all books and calendars are 40% off, and all templates on the website will be just $1. So check them out if you are interested.
If you’re looking for an alternative to MyStory, you might consider using Artisan from Forever. It is from the same software base as MyStory so will have a familiar interface. You should be able to open all your MyStory projects and also use some of the digital content. Unlike MyStory, it is not free software; however, they do offer a 30-day free trial so it is worth looking at this option.
