Alphas are the little alphabet 'stickers' that look really cool on your scrapbook pages.
Here's how I use them in my pages
Do alphas mystify you?
It’s simple to put them to use, simply drag the letters you need onto your layout.
Drag them all in and if they seem too big for the space you have, select them all and drag a corner to resize them all in one hit.
Then use the alignment tools to line them up.
Start with a vowel as they are the perfect shape to use to align your other letters.
-
Select the ascenders (eg d,b,t) and one vowel by holding down shift as you click on each letter.
-
Then use the alignment tools to align the ascenders with the bottom of the vowel
-
Select the decenders (eg g,j,y) and one vowel by holding down shift as you click on each letter.
-
Then use the alignment tools to align the descenders with the top of the vowel.
Voilà! Perfectly aligned!
PS I demonstrate this technique, plus show you how to use Anna Forrest's scripts to make long titles easy, in Scrapbooking Shortcuts
