ABCs of PSE: E is for Eraser

Did you know PSE has some different tools to full Photoshop and different keyboard shortcuts? Stop the confusion with the ABCs of PSE!

E is for Eraser. Click and drag the eraser to remove pixels from your currently selected layer.

• The Eraser works a little like a brush, reduce the opacity of the Eraser or use a soft 'brush head' to have soft edges on your erasing.
• ERASER TIP: Increase or decrease the size of your eraser quickly by pressing [ or ]
• Even professional scrappers get messy behind the layers - take a look at Heddy's erasing here.
• ERASER TIP: Shift + Click for a straight line.
• ERASER TIP: Use a word art brush as your eraser for a creative look.
