Today we learn more about the Pencil tool under the Draw section of the Photoshop Elements toolbox.

The Pencil tool is used to create a hard line on your image.
This is most useful in logo or icon design.
Although you can increase the size of pencil and change the opacity, I recommend using the brush tool when you need more advanced options.
