Today I'm sharing my Christmas Eve layout! Most years Phill is able to come home early on Christmas Eve so we have time for a little family outing for 'dinner' (really it's just a substantial afternoon tea) before heading to our Christmas Eve church service.

Layout: Christmas Eve

Get the look

1. Select my photos
2. Choose a background papers from Warm Wishes by Flergs, Digilicious, Zoe Pearn from Sweet Shoppe Designs.
3. Overlap patterned paper on the craft backgroun
4. Add an inside stroke to the photos to create a border
5. Journal with the type tool and my handwriting font
6. Create a title with alphas and type
7. Add a couple of embellishments to secure the add to the fun!
8. Add some shadows

Journaling

We didn't have our almost traditional Christmas Eve family lunch, so we headed to Kingsley Dome for afternoon tea before the 5pm service. A fruit salad and chips, plus the staff gave Emily and Edward jellies too.

Edward was so excited to get a balloon from church. Emily told me to "take a photo like this"
