Do you take photos on your phone? I know I do!

If you want make the most of your phone's little camera, you are in the right place!

About The Phone Photography Project 2

No matter what kind of camera or smartphone you use, taking better photos requires a basic understanding of photographic principles and the inspiration to see the amazing photo opportunities all around you. This class will show you that:

  • Your phone camera is capable of much more than you realize
  • Composition and lighting are just as important (if not more so) when you use a phone camera vs. a DSLR
  • You can produce frame-worthy snapshots with nothing more than your smartphone and the right combination of apps

We are so excited about this line-up of teachers and special guests!

Learn more and register here.

Win a seat in The Phone Photography Project 2

Would you like to win? Just let me know what sort of phone you use in the comments. I am currently back with my iPhone 4s after a stint with a Nokia Lumia 925 (I loved that phone, but then I managed to drop my hubby's phone and kill it. Now he's got my lovely Lumia! Ooops!!)

I'll draw the winner on June 12 and if you win, I'll email you with your class access details!

Good luck!

I recently migrated to an iphone 5, so I need to win a seat in the upcoming class! I took it last year, but without a smart phone, I couldn’t relate to much of the course content. Excited for the second go-round this year!

I’ve got an IPhone 4s & a Samsung Galaxy 4. I dropped the iPhone in a horse water bucket & while it got fixed (its also as old as they are) it was still slightly glitchy & had a small bit of corrosion so I went & got a Samsung as they looked awesome on TV, lol. Well to say I hated it is an understatement lol, but I didn’t like the iphoe either for a month but its taken a year for this Samsung to finally grow on me though there are ways it could be better, Anyway I’m still taking my iPhone with me as I’ve still not transferred all my ph nos across as it has to be done 1 at a time by me, he he, plus it has all of these AMAZING photo & editing apps on it that I still DONT KNOW HOW TO USE aaack. So Id definitely love to win a spot in this class as it sounds absolutely wonderful. To be able to learn how to take better pics & learn to use the apps to do so would make an amazing difference to my point & just click ability’s :))) Thanks heaps for the chance to win a spot in this class & in case Im lucky my email is shazza007 at Hotmail dot com :))

I’ve noticed that people who have one type of phone and then switch to the other don’t seem happy. I think we get used to the way our systems work so hate it when they change.

Most of the time, I use my BlackBerry Curve for phone photos (then email the picture to myself and use my iPad to process and post). Sometimes I take pictures with my husband’s HTC One S. Thanks for the chance to win a spot in this project! I loved it last year.
