For your inspiration, here's a scrapbook layout to give you a little sneak peek into what I’m scrapping, and inspire you to play with pretty pixels too.
Today I’m sharing a page from my album, a little everyday moment that with my daughter that I wanted to capture.
Layout: You Shine
How I did it
I took my lead from Megan Turnidge's 8.5x11 in template (Don't have a 8.5x11in template? Learn how to resize any template )
I played around with the layers in the template, hiding most of the layers, as I tend to do. I simply clicked on the eye icon next to any layer I didn't want to use.
I also created the mat for the the kraft paper using the shape tool.
For the You Shine title I erased part of the rubon where it went over the edges of the patterned paper, similar to how a real life rub on might skip over the edge of paper.
Journaling
Spending time snuggling and reading four or five books before afternoon rest time.
Happy just to be together.
